Rich Mix of Spaces
Spatial variety was a key design driver of Björkberg Grand Marais. Each
level features a rich mix of spaces - social/private, transitional/occupiable,
light/dim, open/closed, up/down, and indoor/outdoor. The architectural
design orchestrates these contrasts into a spatial experience, enlivening
the daily routine of the home.
